The Martial Arts Zone in Manchester is a fully certified Gracie Jiu-jitsu Academy. Our black belt instructors are experts in the field of Gracie Jiu-jitsu and are fully qualified to help you attain a greater understanding and skill in the area of personal protection. This class will be street oriented; so wear your regular daily clothes and prepare to learn, participate and have fun!
