Eating with proper nutrition is the absolute most essential element to a healthy, strong and fit life! Many times we believe that if we train hard or exercise more that we can cheat or eat what we want. Nothing could be further from the truth! In fact, it is more important to eat right than to exercise. That being said it doesn't mean to give up on the gym or forget about sweating; but the importance of healthy food choices comes in 1st place. Basically you are what you eat. Make certain to drink plenty of water, choose fish then chicken and lastly red meats. Have lots of green vegetables and fruits. Eat smaller meals more frequently and stay away from anything processed, from a drive-thru or with a long list of ingredients. Reduce sodium intake and processed sugars. Basically if it swims, walks or grows it's good. If it comes in a package or fast food restaurant it's most likely not good. Discipline for better choices and a better life! Good luck!
